Special Services

Crawford Memorial United Methodist Church runs, sponsors, and participates in various special services throughout the year, including:

• Ash Wednesday - A time for prayer and reflection; ashes available from 7:00-10:00am
• Blue Christmas - A special service for those feeling down during the holidays
• Christian Education Sunday - Dedication of teachers for the coming year
• Christmas Eve - Two services at 7:00pm (family) and 11:00pm (midnight)
• Christmas Pageant - Held at the 10:45am service the Sunday before Christmas
• Easter Eve - Preparation to get you centered for Easter morning
• Easter Morning - A sunrise service at 7:00am, followed by a church breakfast, the 10:45am worship, and an Easter Egg hunt
• Good Friday - A solemn and uplifting experience
• Palm Sunday - Join in the procession of the Palms from Winchester Center
• Rally Sunday - An all age learning event followed by Sunday School signup
• Thanksgiving - An interfaith service held jointly by all churches and synogogues in Winchester
